American style

- also known as "The Charleston"

- game style where dealer has the right to demand any 3 tiles to be taken from the next player. The next player does the same until all players have the correct number of tiles.

- dealer must call American style after first look at their hand and not after game has begun.

- dealer may demand swaps to continue until they are satisified with their hand.

-when one does not receive the tiles one wishes for.
